Break Reminder helps prevent Carpal Tunnel by automatically reminding you to take 10-15 minute breaks for every hour of work. By taking breaks, Break Reminder also helps you be more productive. It will inform you when it’s time to take a coffee break. It has LED and sound notification, easily indicating when it’s break time. The app also logs your breaks for you to make sure you stay on track and take those breaks!
